Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Native to our own southwest, this little darling shows off her subtleties – clumps of finely cut, very lacy, blue green foliage topped by 12” stems crowned with butter yellow fairy flowers with noticeably long, spidery spurs in late spring. Requires better drainage than most Columbines... moisture during growth and bloom, sun to part shade; perfect rock garden choice! Rare beauty.
