Epimedium 'Crime Scene' is a broadleaf semi-evergreen perennial groundcover with green, red and variegated foliage. In spring pink flowers emerge. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with bright shade - shade and regular - occasional water. Drought tolerant once established. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in average, clay, rich, rocky and well-drained soil.

A fine cross made by Far Reaches in 2014, new arrow shaped spring leaves are smattered with red (hence the name); 14-16” tall clumps are slowly expanding to 2-3’ wide, early spring flowers are mauve and rose with long, downward curving spurs...colorful! If you collect and love Epi’s you must have this. It has been quite vigorous for us here in the Pacific Northwest.
