Huckleberry Gold is a new variety of potato, introduced in 2011 by the renowned University of Idaho's breeding program. This cultivar produces medium tubers sporting vibrant purple skins and golden flesh. A favorite multi-purpose variety, Huckleberry Gold is excellent baked, boiled or fried.
