Echeveria lilacina is a medium-sized, slow-growing species forming a flat rosette with a "rosebud" shape. The leaves are spoon shaped with a fine point and silvery-grey almost white with a pearlescent blue hue. They may take a delicate blush of lilac or purple in full sun. The pale pink to pale orange or coral red blooms are very showy, and emerge on reddish, arching, relative short stems.
