A newer, very floriferous and late blooming hybrid from Darrell Porbst. The flowers have long, elegantly curved yellow spurs and small red inner sepals, attached to upright, wiry, almost black flower spikes, rising well above the deep green foliage. Slow spreading and semi-evergreen.
Epimedium x~ Heart shaped serrated leaves topped by tall black-red flower spikes with large canary yellow flowers & small dark red sepals. Plant in partial sun to nearly full shade. Height: 12”. Zones 5-9. Semi-Evergreen.
