Shrubby perennial to 24” tall and eventually 3-4’ across; round ‘ powder puff’ flowers are lavender white with cobalt centers early summer thru fall against leathery, silver green foliage. This is a hybrid from Huntington Botanic Gardens and parentage is unknown. Happy in a Mediterranean setting with Cistus, Grevillea, and Manzanita. Thrives on coast with zero watering. Drought tolerant, sun to part shade, well-drained soil. Reputedly hardy to USDA Z8 (at least).
