Picea breweriana 'Wustemeyer' is a slow-growing evergreen conifer shrub with green foliage. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and regular - occasional water. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in acidic, average, rich and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something verticillium wilt resistant and wind tolerant.

Relatively long, widely-spaced needles on this rare spruce from southern Oregon radiate around the short stems. A small plant that will develop a leader but can be pruned to stay very dwarf.
Is a small (6') shrubby form of our native brewer spruce. Pretty, deep green needles and a much bushier plant than P. Brewiana.
Slow growing , rounded form of Brewer's spruce with light, blue-green needles . Grown from a witch's broom found by Werner Wustemeyer in 1978 in Germany. This is the only Picea breweriana cultivar listed in The World Checklist of Conifers. Still rare in the trade and very rare to find one this large. Also sold as 'Hexenbesen Wustemeyer and 'H.B. Wustemeyer'.
