This rare cultivar has an extremely dense, irregular, upright form sporting yellow coloration mid-spring followed by medium green, then brilliant yellow in autumn. The fan-shaped leaves come almost full-circle and give this little dwarf a ruffled look. Very nice for a small garden, a container or bonsai. Meet little Jehoshaphat! 4-9'T x 4'W and deer-resistant. Minimum temperature: -30 °F
Leaves open a light yellow maturing to a medium green. Fall brings its magnificent brilliant yellow. The dwarf fan-shaped leaves are nearly round and densely packed on stout stems. Still rare in cultivation.
This is a rare dwarf that has a normal size leaf and is very full and dense. Even when very small it says "Look at Me, aren't I cute!
