Nursery contributed plant descriptions

I’m sure Dot was thrilled to discover this sky blue and white gentian sage growing in her garden. The first bicolor of this tuber forming species, it was introduced at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2007. Grow in fertile, sharply drained soils supplied with regular moisture, and dig and store the tubers like dahlias in the fall, for next year they will produce robust plants with more flowers.
