Jumbo is true to its name with the fruit largest of any muscadine cultivar so far introduced, Its skin is jet black and has an excellent Quality. Sugar content 16%. Ripens mid-season to late. The fruit ripens irregularly over several weeks, making it an excellent cultivar for home use. The vines are very productive, almost over-productive. Great disease resistant. As with all Muscanines this one is great for canning or eating fresh.
