A dwarf variety that produces sweet fruit throughout the growing season, 'Dwarf Everbearing' is self fertile and requires very little care. When grown in the ground plants grow as a small shrub and are very drought resistant and are tolerant of poor soils. This variety can also be grown long term in containers and can be kept as short as two feet tall with regular pruning while still producing fruit. The flavor is significantly better than the fruit from typical Black Mulberry trees.

Morus 'Dwarf Everbearing' is a medium sized black mulberry with a sweet tasty flavour. In pot culture it can be maintained as a dwarf with minor pruning and will produce continuously in warm and bright conditions. In the ground it also stays smaller and more manageable than other species and cultivars and will give good continual production.
Mature height of 4-6' tall making this variety of Mulberry perfect for container growth. Berries have a sweet, tangy flavor. Berries can be eaten fresh, made into juice, wine or pies. zones 5-10. Dwarf Mulberry is a carefree grower.
Easy-to-grow, this abundant producer of sweet medium-sized fruit has performed exceptionally well in pots yielding several crops per year even during the first season. If grown in pots, they are continuous producers cycling in and out of flower and fruit when given warm temperatures and adequate light. They can be kept under 2' with moderate pruning. In the ground, they turn into a large bush. Mulberries are known for their immune system enhancing benefits. They are also thought to improve eyesight. Mulberry plants are self-fertile, disease-and-insect resistant and welcome pot culture.
