Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This outstanding blackberry from the University of Arkansas is a revelation as it fruits on both 1st and 2nd year canes! Imagine blackberry picking June to frost! Bright-white spring blooms give way to medium-large flavorful berries on upright, thornless 6-10' canes (thornless is especially wonderful for our littlest gardeners!). Self-fertile and easy to grow. S/M PP26,990
A wonderful new selection of Blackberry out of the mid west. Fruit bears on current season wood allowing you to cut to the ground in the fall.
Blackberries grow fast!!! This is one of three Arkansas cultivars that fruits on current-season primocanes (denoted by the prefix "Prime"). It is erect and thorny. Yields appear to be more consistent in diverse locations than 'Prime-Jim' or 'Prime-Jan'; however, temperatures above 85 °F can reduce fruit set and fruit quality on primocanes. Berries are medium large in size with an average of about 6 g. Soluble solids have been measured at 10–12
