Astragalus amphioxys plant details

Astragalus amphioxys is a broadleaf deciduous perennial with blue foliage. In spring purple flowers emerge followed by pink and yellow fruit. Attracts bees and butterflies making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and occasional - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Does well in gritty, lean, rocky and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant.
