Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Tetraploid sieboldii so has larger flowers and will get to be a larger plant than the species. Grafted so more expensive than M. sieboldii.
Incredible 5-6" fragrant flowers with 10-17 heavily textured tepals profusely decorate this 10-20' large-shrub/small-tree in early summer; don?t miss this gorgeous polyploid by Dr Kehr. S-PSh/M
Wowsome 5-6" FRAGRANT white flowers with a fabulous dark red center and large mid-green leaves. Hexaploid! the result of which is large, semi-double flowers. Deciduous shrub or shrubby tree, 12'x12'.Minimum temperature: -20?F
Seedlings of 'Colossus' show more vigor than straight M. sieboldii. The leaves are larger and the growth is much improved, leading us to believe these too are polyploid.
Huge fragrant blossoms, white tepals, pink stamens, pink seed pods in fall, deciduous USDA zones 6-9.
A hybrid of Dr. Kehr this has polyploid genetics. Aptly named, the fragrant flowers on this Magnolia are 5-6" in diameter, the tepals are white and textured. It grows 12-18" a year and grows equally wide as tall. Make sure you have the room for Colossus and you won't be disappointed by its performance.
