Any extension of season and compactness of this ever-lovely fountaining grass is reason to celebrate: Gold Dew not only offers a compact 12-24" size but also showy golden plumes later (June-July) in summer. S-PSh/M

Compact, deep green mounds of semi-evergreen foliage 18-24” are topped late in the season by brilliant gold flower stems aging slowly to dark red; moist, well drained, acidic soil; part sun to light shade, will take more sun if moist. Deer resistant, easy. Nice new intro!
