    Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The name says it all. This particularly small form of a small plant from the interior cape of South Africa, grows only to an inch or two in height and twice the width in reasonable time, with densely held leaves looking, well, like a pile of little green slugs. Hmmmm. Attractive, warm yellow flowers in spring and occasionally later. For a very small spot in your rock garden or container. Bright light, gritty soil. USDA zone 5, if not colder. Aizoaceae
