Nursery contributed plant descriptions

EASY to grow, ULTRA-RARE succulent with deep purpley-blue, near-black flowers that emerge from a 6’ TALL rose-colored stalk.Forms a 3’ high & wide evergreen mound of silvery, spiny, grass-like, arching leaves. Generally blooming in Spring, the massively tall flower spike has an airy, multi-branching form. It takes a few years to produce its first flowers, but once it starts, it blooms every year thereafter. Great in a large container! Attracts hummers! Well-draining soil is best for a healthy plant.
