Nursery contributed plant descriptions

(MEXICAN POLYPODY) When I first encountered this fern, I thought it was plastic! The fronds are perfection...thick, evergreen, deeply incised fronds, with a bit of a blue sheen on the green. 8-12” tall and slowly expanding into a tight thicket resembling a little crowd of Sago Palms! Light to medium shade, well drained soil, moderate water (takes some dry). A gem of a fern! USDA Z8 3” pot
Dense, clumping fern with very upright, thick forest-green fronds with oblong, wide pinnae. Plant in partial to full shade. Height: 15” to 20”. Zones 7b to 10. Evergreen.
