Giant Tree Daisy. The first thing you need to know about this is that it is awesome! The second thing is allow some room. Ok, a lot of room. This is one of the largest Daisies in the world and will become a tree 25 feet tall and as wide in fairly short order. This will have an actual trunk and be heavily branched. Native to southern Mexico and into Costa Rica, this likes cool conditions and ideally frost free although it will cope with brief dips into the mid and upper 20's so areas of coastal California are great provided there is some shelter from winds. Up to foot wide leaves and many 12"-18" clusters bearing hundreds of 1" fragrant white flowers with a prominent yellow button.
