Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Shared with us by plantsman Ted Stephens some years ago, this lovely small cinnamon tree has grown to about 8' in as many years, essentially remaining a graceful shrub--or, if trimmed up a bit--a very small tree, the evergreen leaves are deep green, edged white. Seems best suited to a bit of afternoon shade and at least occasional summer water in dry climates. Cold hardy to at least upper zone 7. Fine container plant. Lauraceae
