Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Tunda' is a super-dwarf Korean Fir variety that typically only grows 1-2 feet tall and wide in a round ball shape. It is popular for miniature bonsai projects because of its stocky habit and dense branches, but in the landscape it is one of the darkest green conifers available.
Like other Korean Fir varieties, 'Tundra' prefers well drained soil in sun or part shade with a thin layer of mulch applied each spring.
Can eventually form a leader in many years. This very small Korean fir has deep green needles. The original was found as witches broom in Germany.
A low-growing fir with incredibly dark needles and prominent, resinous buds. A very handsome dwarf conifer with excellent year-round color.
