'Sirius', the only all-white cultivar with its distinctive star-shaped flowers, blooms between April and June with the flowering cycle lasting 2-4 weeks. In their native habitat, Rhipsalidopsis grow as epiphytes in the forests of Brazil and other South American countries, often in close proximity to schlumbergeras. They have similar cultural requirements: well-drained soil, moderate watering and filtered light but no harsh direct noonday sun. Keep the plant cool and moist when it's flowering to extend the flowering season.
