An exellent ground cover perennial with light-blue star-shaped flowers. Leaves are tiny and round. Great to use between stepping stones, between plantings, and as a substitute for lawn.
This charming but vigorous groundcover produces a dense 2-4" tall and 18" wide carpet studded with tiny sky-blue star-shaped blooms from late spring and to early autumn. This lovely creeper makes a fine lawn alternative that can take light foot traffic; also a wonderful plant for fairy gardens! S-PSh/M
Zones: 5-9 (Colder climates add winter mulch). Very attractive creeping perennial mat with small green leaves and tiny blue star-like flowers in late spring. Looks similar to Baby’s Tears. Use as mini meadows or mini flowering lawn, between pavers, troughs and rock gardens. Can take light foot traffic. LiveScale© ground cover.
Bright blue flowers. Green foliage. #1seller
Blue Star Creeper- a terrific ground cover with lots of sky blue star shaped 3/8" flowers from late spring to early fall forming a dense mat of green. Tolerates heavy foot traffic, great for in between flagstones and rock gardens, stepping stones. Likes sun to part shade
Not sure if this has a common name, but is a lovely thing anyway. Evergreen in a mild winter. Very hard in any case. Low growing ground-cover with beautiful tiny blue flowers.

By: Hoot Owl Hollow Nursery

A steppable groundcover with tiny, green leaves and, in this form, dark blue, star flowers from late spring to frost. Great for filling in between pavers or over the sides of containers. Evergreen in mild winters. To only 2" or so tall spreading to 18-24" wide. Full sun in coastal climates but afternoon shade or dappled shade inland. Needs summer water. Frost hardy to -20 °F, USDA zone 5. (AKA: Laurentia fluviatilis, Lobelia fluviatilis, Pratia pedunculata and Pratia puberula!)
A fair dinkum hardy Australian groundcover. Sure you won't pick your sheila a bouquet of these white flowers but it so lovely among the stepping stones as you wander about waiting for your billy to boil. Easy in moist soil leaving you plenty of time to throw some shrimp on the barby.
