All this vine needs is a structure on which to climb low amounts of light and warm temps. Once it has matured, reaching the top of the support, it will pendulate down and begin to flower.

Needs to be hand pollinated and will produce creamy yellow flowers in May-August followed by fragrant vanilla beans used for flavoring. Needs bright light or 50% shade, keep moist, and a minimum of 60 degrees. A beautiful unusual vine.
