Buddha's Hand is one of the most sought after citrus in existence for its unusual shape and culinary uses. We're happy to introduce the rare Variegated Buddha's Hand. The large attractive leaves show a creamy-ivory edging, a green center and light tones throughout. Although slower growing than the regular Buddha's Hand, the beauty of the leaves makes it well worth the wait. The variegation is stable and when the fruit does appear, the lemon zest from the rind is a perfect blend of sweet and sour.
