    Mighty Mato Sun Sugar Grafted Tomato is a broadleaf deciduous, evergreen or semi-evergreen annual / biennial or perennial fruit / vegetable with green foliage. In fall, spring and summer yellow flowers emerge followed by orange fruit. Features fuzzy texture. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and even moisture - regular water. Does well in average, rich and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant and humidity tolerant.

    'Sun Sugar' is hands down the most popular tomato variety amongst Phoenix Perennials customers and always in the top 3 in voting at our annual Heirloom Tomato Festival tastings. It produces orange-yellow cherry tomatoes said to be amongst the sweetest in the world. 65-75 days. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato Tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
