    Mighty Mato Black Cherry Tomato is a broadleaf deciduous, evergreen or semi-evergreen annual / biennial or perennial fruit / vegetable with green foliage. In fall, spring and summer yellow flowers emerge followed by purple and red fruit. Features fuzzy texture. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and even moisture - regular water. Does well in average, rich and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant and humidity tolerant.

    'Black Cherry' is a crowd-pleaser at our Heirloom Tomato Festival tastings with purple-black cherry tomatoes with an exceptionally sweet, complex flavor that earns its high ratings each year. Great yield. 75 days. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato Tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
