    Cypripedium Birgit gx pastel-flowered is a broadleaf deciduous perennial orchid with green foliage. In spring white and yellow flowers emerge. Features grassy texture. Grows well with mostly sun - shade and even moisture - regular water. Does well in average, rich and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something verticillium wilt resistant.

    A classic hybrid for an elegant display in the shade garden, 'Birgit Pastel' is robust and strong growing. It has clear and uniform colouration with a pure white lip surrounded by creamy-yellow petals. In contrast to 'Ventricosum Pastel' this cross has absolutely no red detailing in the flower. 'Birgit Pastel' is thus a close approximation of the delicate and rare wild species C. cordigerum. Grows to 30-35 cm (12-14 inches) and blooms in May. Lady's slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Blooming size.
