Nursery contributed plant descriptions

It took 10 years to perfect this L'il Bang Red Elf. It's small and has large magenta flowers. Cold hardy and disease resistant, along with a long-blooming dwarf habit (to 12"t x 20"w). S/M-GDr
Prolific color on a compact habit! Fresh green foliage backs sprite-like, short, satiny red blooms with frilly, golden-yellow centers. Flower petals are tipped with frosty white in the summer heat. The small mounded form is perfect for smaller gardens and containers, edging walkways, or accenting cottage garden borders.
A dwarf selection with very large, bright red flowers. This is a long blooming cultivar bred by Darrel Probst. Like its larger compatriot 'Mercury Rising', 'Red Elf' is a strong perennial returning year after year.
