Nursery contributed plant descriptions

June through August pendent, 3–inch-long, deep purple pursed bells hang from a compact mound of dark green foliage. This is no demure Campanula. Romantic and dramatic, though well-behaved, it will not be ignored.
This floriferous new bellflower has very dark purple bell-shaped flowers opening from almost black buds that will grace this plant all summer long. The plants are compact with a good branching habit. Similar to 'Sarastro' but with darker flowers.
