Long-blooming, star-shaped white flowers with pink picotee bloom June to September. Their long slender stems form a delicate airy clump 24 -30" tall and wide. A well-behaved cultivar of the Texan roadside Gaura, this has excellent drought tolerance. Well-draining soil is preferred but it does accommodate most soil types. There is almost nothing prettier than a Gaura with butterflies on the blossoms-like butterflies on butterflies. Minimum temperature: -20 °F
