Hebe ‘Pretty in Pink’ is a colorful, evergreen shrub displaying dark green foliage on the new growth. Panicles of pink blooms top this round, multi-stem shrub. This variety is hardy in the Northwest. Plant in well drained soil and water regularly through the growing season. These versatile plants are excellent for borders, containers and mass plantings.
This is a fantastic new hebe with short spikes of pink flowers and a low-growing, ground-covering habit. The foliage is rich dark green but flushed with rich burgundy when young. The plant is dense, spreads to three feet wide while only rising to one foot tall, and is extremely useful for interesting plant combinations in the garden and in containers. Prefers moist, well-drained soil. Prune lightly to shape.
