The flowers are produced in large dense panicles in late summer and fall and can be red, magenta, pink, or white. They make great specimens for containers, troughs, or the front of the border. 'Kawazu Beni' has glowing magenta flowers with short upper and 1-2 long lower petals in large open panicles.
