Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Lacey, delicate and very finely cut bright-yellow new growth leaves weep on this 3-5' shrub. White spring flowers and red fall fruit complete this plant. Part shade needed in southern states. S-PSh/M PPAF
Sambucus racemosa Lemony Lace is a stunning gold counterpart to 'Black Lace' with red-tinged new growth opening into finely dissected, bright gold foliage on upright and arching stems. In part shade the foliage will be lime green. White flowers produce edible red fruit in fall.
A colorful, shaggy mound of gold threads with colorful reddish new growth. Foliage is more deeply cut than 'Sutherland Gold' or Black Lace™; resulting in a compact irregular mound with extremely fine texture. White spring flowers produce red fruit that's attractive to birds in fall. Will tolerate full sun in northern climates, but prefers light shade in more southern areas. Foliage adds interest to cut flower arrangements.
