Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Hosta gracillima is a small species from the island of Shikoku. Leaves are medium green, somewhat glossy, elongated and tapered, and nicely rippled. In my garden this has grown very well and has become a low dense clump. Flowers in summer are lavender. Great as a low edger or groundcover and somewhat uncommon in gardens.
