Helleborus x hybridus Double Ladies mix is a broadleaf evergreen or semi-evergreen perennial with green foliage. In spring and winter burgundy, pink, purple, red and white flowers emerge. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with mostly sun - shade and regular - occasional water. Drought tolerant once established. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in average, clay, rich and well-drained soil.

The Double Lady strain offers a mix of various colours including whites, pinks, purples and perhaps yellows. The Lady Series is a good entry level series but the flowers are unlikely to be as vibrant as this glamour shot we were able to attain.. This series offers good colour depth, large flowers, and vigorous plants. Deer resistant. Perennial Plant of the Year 2005.
