Named for our friend, Neil Bell. Neil works for Oregon State Extension Service and has done several major comparisons of plants (ceanothus, hebe, etc.). He is now working on groundcovers. This grevilla will get 8'x8' and bloom with orange flowers year round. It will grow without summer water. But, we grow in sandy soil and summer water.
