This miniature, globose spruce has bright blue coloration and diminutive needles. Its compact habit and attractive color make this an excellent rock garden or trough garden selection.
Zones 3-7. The smallest Blue Alberta spruce and one of the smallest of the spruce family. Very slow growing to about 8 inches high x 10 inches wide at 10 years. Grows slightly larger with age. Easy care wanting only full sun in well drained soil, moderate water. Excellent selection for fairy gardens, garden railways, troughs, rock gardens and all small scenes. Shipping size 3+ inches.
