Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Homalocladium platycladum, known as the ribbon plant from its flat ribbon like leaves with smaller leaves attached. This easy to grow foliage plant occasionally produces white flowers with red fruits. Flat segmented leafless stems.
Upright to arching narrow, jointed flat green leaves provide a fern-like effect. Tiny white flowers are born at the joints and are followed by small red fruit. A very easy to grow plant that seems to prefer a fast-draining soil.
