Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This fine hybrid dogwood released by Rutgers University blends beauty and disease-resistance with such lovely results! The horizontal branches of this upright 14-18' tree are covered in spring with showy, starry-white, 3-5" flowers which mature to a soft pink. This is a sterile cultivar which produces no fruit. Deep-green glossy leaves turn showy red to purple in fall. Show good resistance to anthracnose and borers. S-PSh/M PP7264
Bracts overlap very little. In our fields, this clone flowers more abundantly than Aurora?.
