Numerous pendulant seedheads rise on long stems from the greenish-yellow clumps. Non-rhizomatous, it is well behaved and makes a valuable garden companion. Although naturally occurring in woodlands, it thrives in rich soil in full sun, where the foliage will often take on an attractive chartreuse color. Zones 3 - 5.
