Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Another odd semp dating back to years ago when Punnett was in Semp mode, the real name is long lost but the plant has a species look, tight hummocks of small rosettes made up of narrow pointy upward facing leaves, it is a bit reminiscent of a Draba hummock at least until it flowers.
