Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A very diverse seed strain. Despite the name, flowers are actually on the small side, but produced in larger clusters and held on stems a few inches above the foliage that make them great little cut flowers. Colors range from dark maroon through red to pink, lavender, and white, all with yellow hearts, and often edged in white or gold. All in all, a more subtle, delicate, and refined version of the primrose than the garish primary colors you'll see at the grocery store. Zone 4. - Joseph
