Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A rather charming seed strain, with the full range of flower colors from blue to red to yellow and just about everything in between (how many hardy perennials can do THAT?) and many plants also have wonderful, striking, dark reddish-brown foliage. The degree of purpling is incredibly variable, but very lovely. These plants are quite heat tolerant and easy to grow for us, but don't seem to persist in the garden without fairly regular division. Zone 4. - Joseph
