Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This Western US native is just too cute and should be in ever fairy garden. The finely cut, fuzzy leaves form a soft, grey, mound only an inch tall, which puts up, pretty much constantly over the course of the summer, little white daisy flowers about the size of a thumbnail with a profusion of thin, thread like petals (okay, technically ray florets not petals, but you know what I mean) on stems that rise maybe another inch above the leaves. Every part of this plant is so soft and fuzzy I defy you to not pet it. Because it is so small, best in a raised bed or container where you can really appreciate it. ZONE 5 -Joseph
