Aster stracheyi is a broadleaf deciduous perennial with green foliage. In fall and summer lavender and pink flowers emerge. Attracts bees, beneficial insects, birds and butterflies making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and even moisture - regular water. Does well in average, gritty, rocky and well-drained soil.
