Gomphocarpus fruticosus is a broadleaf deciduous shrub with green foliage. In spring and summer cream and tan flowers emerge followed by green fruit. Attracts bees and butterflies making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and regular water. Prefers to be dry in summer. Does well in average and well-drained soil.
