Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A mouth watering confection forming a low, dense, evergreen mound of scalloped, satin sheened leaves of dark, rosy chocolate, lightly frosted with soft sugary pink, saucer shaped flowers. At it's best in a well drained, sheltered but sunny position where it will not only prove long lived but improve with age. Perfectly tolerant of heat and short periods of dryness, more than can be said for most of the more desirable Cranesbills.
