Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Tall spikes of trumpet shaped flowers in mid-Summer. 24"-36" tall. Nice arrow shaped, slightly dentate foliage. Self seeds to form a pleasant colony. Full sun to part shade.
An evergreen, clumping, perennial ground cover. In summer tall (1m) spires of mid purple, bell shaped flowers arise majestically above the low mounds of foliage. One of a few reliably flowering Campanulas for our climate. Large colonies mass flowering are truly a sight to behold. Campanulas prefer an Alkaline soil, in Acidic soil they benefit from the addition of lime.
