New and uniquely beautiful. This hydrangea has a magnificent leaf color with an outstanding lacecap bloom. It was Introduced from New Zealand and has a wonderful "Tri-Color" leaf with some bright yellow. The blooms will appear in late June and are creamy white with tones of either pink or blue depending on the acidity of the soil. Best in afternoon filtered shade, Lemon Wave is possibly the same shrub as Quadricolor.
LACECAP. Luscious, bright lemon yellow marks accent outstanding green, cream, white variegated foliage on this cultivar (truly incredible foliage)! The large lacecap blooms are white, maturing to pink.

Similar to H. 'Quadricolor', but grows for us whereas 'Quadricolor' slowly dies. Very nice foliage variegation with green, yellow and cream.
